Abstract Submission for Oral Presentation

Oral presentations can be presented in Azerbaijani, Turkish, Russian and English languages. For application, the name and summary of the presentation must be sent in English. Scientific committee has the right to accept or reject the oral presentation depending on the content of the study and the number of applications. Submitted abstracts should concern research studies, innovations, new surgical techniques, and case reports with significant value. Abstracts should include the following sections:

Research studies / Innovations/ New surgical techniques:

• Aim
• Material and method
• Results
• Comments

Case reports

• Aim
• Report of the case
• Treatment
• Comments

Guidelines for Submission

• The deadline for abstract submission is September 15, 2024.
• The abstract should not exceed 500 words.
• The title of the paper should consist of a maximum of 12 words and fully reflect the content of the study.
• The name-surname, title, institution and city of employment, and telephone number of the authors of the paper should be clearly stated.
• The researcher who will make the presentation must be specified among the researchers who prepared the study.
• The abstracts submitted via Internet shall be published without any corrections; therefore the authors should be careful about spelling mistakes.
• The author or first author who will present the submitted paper, if accepted, MUST have registered for the congress before September 15, 2024, which is the deadline for submission of the paper.
• Abstracts should be sent to congress@micebaku.com e-mail address.

Abstract Evaluation

An acceptance letter concerning the abstract evaluation result will be e-mailed to the author. All admitted papers will be included in the Abstract Book (PDF file format). The best three abstracts will be awarded with special prizes.
