CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • -50% of the payment will be refunded before July 19, 2024.
  • -100% of the payment will be refunded if the meeting was canceled by the organization committee.
  • -No refund will be made for the cancellation made on and after July 19, 2024. All cancellation refunds will be made after the meeting.
